Beginnings, endings, and all life in between feature in the Saolré programme of short films screening at CAF21. Films that feature coming of age issues, the complexity of growing old and the impact of loss in our lives are embedded in this programme. Saolré brings you scenes of the Irish rural landscape, a 1970’s London with Irish roots burning through, the rite of passage of Irish college through new eyes, friends and family moving on and moving away and the exploration of the body through dance. The cycle of life unfolds through the creative strengths of these exciting Irish Film makers.
