“Carnival is something people create and generate for themselves” Mikhail Bakhtin
Join us to be wowed by our first Carlow Carnival of Collective Joy!
As part of Cruinniú na nÓg, the young people of Carlow will create a Carlow Carnival of Collective Joy, together with Carlow Arts Festival and VISUAL.
With young people making the decisions, we will figure out how we can make the most fun carnival possible! What do we want it to look like, sound like and feel like?
Led by artist Bridget Ní Dhuinn (Creation 21/22), the carnival is a really important part of Carlow Arts Festival, putting Carlow kids in charge.
Join us to see what we’ve created!
